 1 Tsoy sauce
1/8 tgarlic powder
1/8 tground ginger
 2 Tcornstarch
1/3 cwater
 2 Tfresh lemon juice

COMBINE MARMALADE, SOY, GARLIC POWDER, AND GINGER IN A SAUCEPAN, OVER A MEDIUM FLAME

HEAT AND STIR TO A BOIL

COMBINE CORNSTARCH AND WATER-MIX WELL

ADD TO SAUCEPAN; HEAT AND STIR UNTIL THICKENED

REMOVE FROM HEAT

STIR IN LEMON JUICE-MIX WELL

SERVE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE
